Why do you take deposits for treatments?

A deposit of 50%is required to reserve the appointment you have booked. This deposit will be used as part payment towards your treatment and is fully refundable should you need to cancel your appointment within 24hrs. If we do not receive a 24hrs notice to cancel or move this appointment, then unfortunately your deposit is non-refundable. We do understand certain circumstances may arise and things can happen at the last minute and we can assure you that we will be sympathetic towards certain situations.

Will I get a reminder of my appointment?

Yes. We will send out an email reminder 48hrs prior to your treatment, this will also be followed by a text message 24hrs before that will require you to confirm your upcoming appointment. Should you need to move or adjust your appointment you have the opportunity to contact the salon and change it to suit your needs.

What if I’m not happy with my treatment?

Your therapist will always check to see if your happy with your service before you leave. However, if you still feel your treatments did not meet your expectations and wish to discuss this further, speak to your salon manager who will listen to your feedback and find a solution to your problem.
